Full Paper Submission
Prepare an original manuscript using the custom ICILOM proceedings layout with APA 7th edition citations and references. Include author names, affiliations, and the corresponding-author email from the initial submission. Use the same manuscript template for initial submission, revisions, and the accepted paper. Proposed length: 6–10 pages; abstract: 200–250 words; keywords: 3–5.
Abstract Submission
Submit a concise presentation abstract describing the question, method, principal results or clearly identified work in progress, and relevance to the selected track. Presentation-only abstracts will be listed in the program separately from full-paper proceedings.
Track Selection and Research Contribution
Select one of the six conference tracks according to the principal contribution of your paper or abstract. Explain the intelligent capability addressed, the methodological or managerial contribution, and the evidence supporting operational value.
AI-based methods, operations research, simulation, theoretical work, and empirical management research are welcome when clearly connected to the conference scope. Use an evaluation approach appropriate to the study; real-world company data is not mandatory.

Initial submissions must include author names, affiliations, and the corresponding-author email. Manuscripts undergo scope and originality screening followed by independent peer review; reviewers can see author details. Reviews are confidential and reviewers must declare conflicts of interest.
Use the same manuscript template throughout the process. Address reviewer comments and submit revised files when requested. After acceptance, check the approved author list, declarations, formatting, and references, then provide the editable manuscript and PDF. Acceptance remains subject to the quality of the work and completion of required revisions.
