Originality and Publication

Submit original work that is not simultaneously under review elsewhere. Disclose related publications and explain any substantive extension. Secure permission for third-party material. Authors must approve the final version and take responsibility for the integrity of their work.

Research Transparency

Describe methods, data sources and limitations accurately. Include applicable funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, consent and data availability statements. Disclose material use of AI tools; tools cannot be listed as authors. Do not fabricate data, references or results.

Review Integrity

Author names and affiliations are included in submissions and are visible to reviewers. Reviewers must declare conflicts, maintain confidentiality and assess the research fairly. Suspected misconduct, appeals and corrections will be handled by the program and publication chairs under a documented process to be confirmed before submissions open.

Publication and Indexing Status

ICILOM plans to self-publish its inaugural full-paper proceedings. The publishing entity, ISBN, DOI arrangements and publication license are to be announced. The proceedings are not currently indexed in Scopus. Future indexing is a goal subject to independent evaluation; no acceptance or registration guarantees indexing.
